The duration of the program is for 3 months. The exact date & time will depend on the group’s availability (either Sunday mornings or Tues/Wed evenings). This will be decided collectively before our first call, which will always be held remotely over Zoom.

Reclaim is designed with you in mind. Part of self-love is to be intentional with honoring your needs and we get to devote 6 hours a month to your reclamation journey. If by any chance you can not make it live, you can always watch the replay on your own time.
Nope, Reclaim is international. The important thing is to look up the time zones to ensure you will be able to attend, as all calls will be in PST.
